You must be at least 18 years old to use Intimit. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Intimit cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Intimit's services or help anyone else do so. You must not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
Partner Consent
When connecting with a partner through Intimit, both parties must provide explicit consent. You agree not to share or input information about others without their knowledge and consent.
Data Rights
You retain all rights to your data. You grant Intimit a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We will never share or sell your data to third parties.
Termination
You can terminate your account at any time through the account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in illegal activities. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of Intimit after such modifications constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

Intimit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
By using Intimit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
